Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
- Meets ACR criteria for SLE
- Inactive or stable in lupus activity
- History of positive dsDNA
- Current prednisone dose no more than 15 mg daily
Exclusion Criteria:
- Active infections
- Poorly controlled diabetes mellitus
- Pregnancy
- Uncontrolled hypertension
