Inclusion Criteria:
- Men
- Age 62 or younger
- elevated apolipoprotein B levels
- coronary atherosclerosis
- family history of coronary heart disease.
Exclusion Criteria:
- diabetes
- severe hypertension
- cancer
- liver disease
- thyroid disease
- kidney disease
