You may qualify if you...
- INCLUSION CRITERIA:
- Patients with neurological disorders and subjects with a family history of neurological conditions OR
- Healthy volunteers: People age 18 or older who are generally in good health.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA:
- Patients <2 years old.
- Employees of HMCS in NINDS.
You will not qualify if you...
History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
