Inclusion

  • International Prostate Symptom Score \> 7
  • Age \> 55 years

Exclusion

  • Heart failure
  • Diabetes type I
  • Psychiatric disorder/cognitive dysfunction
  • History of prostate surgery
  • Active treatment for lower urinary tract symptoms
