Inclusion
- International Prostate Symptom Score \> 7
- Age \> 55 years
Exclusion
- Heart failure
- Diabetes type I
- Psychiatric disorder/cognitive dysfunction
- History of prostate surgery
- Active treatment for lower urinary tract symptoms
