Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- HIV infection
- CD4 cell count \<250 or symptomatic AIDS
- Age \>13 years
- Karnofsky score \>40%
- AST or ALT \< 5 times normal values
- Creatinine clearance \>25 ml/min
