Inclusion
- Young Mania Rating Scale (YMRS) greater than 14
- Inpatient
Exclusion
- History of opiate abuse/dependence
- Recent history of substance abuse
- Pregnancy
- Unstable medical issues
- Use of opiate medications for pain management
