Inclusion
- Pregnant
- Over 18 years of age
- Eligible for care at Madigan Army Medical Center
Exclusion
- Prior gallbladder surgery
- Non-English speaking
- Medical reason not to exercise during pregnancy
- Moving from area within 3 months
