Inclusion
- Pregnant women
- 14-24 weeks gestation
- Consent
- Presenting for ANC at study hospitals/centres
- Agree to have an HIV test and to be examined for viral load
Exclusion
- Severe systemic disease
- AIDS-related disease
- At-risk pregnancy
