Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 18-35 years
Exclusion
- Conditions known to alter intestinal permeability, eg previous bowel surgery, celiac disease
- Conditions where NSAIDs are contraindicated, eg asthma, renal failure, heart failure
- Diabetes
- Any other serious illness
