Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • End-stage renal disease patients
  • Fit and motivated for home hemodialysis

Exclusion

  • Patients, who were treated with frequent dialysis (5 or 6 times a week) before
  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Severe comorbidity (e.g. malignancies)
