- Adults over 18 years
- Expected length of stay \> 48h in intensive care unit
- Informed written consent
Exclusion
- Cerebral death
- Care limitation
- Neutropenia
- Documented MRSA on admission
- Patients receiving antistaphylococcal topical antibiotics on admission
