Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Early (de novo) Parkinson's disease (Hoen \& Yahr I and II), according to the UK brain bank criteria

Exclusion

  • Current or past dopaminergic treatment
  • Atypical parkinsonian syndromes
  • Treatment with neuroleptics (present and past)
  • Pregnancy
