Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Early (de novo) Parkinson's disease (Hoen \& Yahr I and II), according to the UK brain bank criteria
Exclusion
- Current or past dopaminergic treatment
- Atypical parkinsonian syndromes
- Treatment with neuroleptics (present and past)
- Pregnancy
