Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients with heart failure treated with beta-blocker; hospitalisation for heart failure worsening with pulmonary oedema.
- Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 40%
Exclusion
- Indication of intravenous positive inotropic treatment
- Indication to withdraw beta-blocker treatment
