Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Adults \> 18 years old
- Clinical diagnosis of melasma
- Mental capacity to give informed consent
Exclusion
- Pregnancy
- H/o allergy to Jessner's solution, tricholoracetetic acid, tretinoin, or hydroquinone
- Active dermatitis
- Presence of cutaneous infection
