Inclusion

  • informed consent by parents or guardian
  • no concomitant serious disease
  • age \>2 months

Exclusion

  • serious allergy or hypersensitivity to sulfonamides or pyrimethamine
  • no severe hepatic or renal dysfunction
  • serious breach of study protocol
