Inclusion
- informed consent by parents or guardian
- no concomitant serious disease
- age \>2 months
Exclusion
- serious allergy or hypersensitivity to sulfonamides or pyrimethamine
- no severe hepatic or renal dysfunction
- serious breach of study protocol
