Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- under 50 years old.
- Have a diagnosis of PFPS.
Exclusion
- Diagnosis other than PFPS，such as meniscal lesion, ligamentous instability ,patellar tendon pathology, traction apophysitis, radiation pain, referred pain, ect.
- Knee operation within three month.
- X-ray findings (1)joint space narrowing (2)osteophyte formation
