Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Myelomeningocele
  • Neurogenic bladder with untreated leak point pressures \> 40 mmH2O
  • Treated with oxybutynin or other parasympatholytics

Exclusion

  • Acute urinary tract infection
  • Compromised neuromuscular transmission
