Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Myelomeningocele
- Neurogenic bladder with untreated leak point pressures \> 40 mmH2O
- Treated with oxybutynin or other parasympatholytics
Exclusion
- Acute urinary tract infection
- Compromised neuromuscular transmission
