Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age 75 or older
- without sleep disorders
- without psychiatric disorders
- Folstein MMSE of 24 or greater
Exclusion
- Apnea-hypopnea index greater than 30
- Mean sleep latency less than 6
- Psychotropic medications present
