Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Diagnosis of schizophrenia
  • Candidate for maintenance schizophrenia treatment
  • Willing to initiate and continue risperidone or olanzapine therapy for the duration of the study

Exclusion

  • Any serious medical problems other than schizophrenia that would interfere with the study
