Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Community dwelling
- History of falls (at least 1 fall in the past 12 months) or poor balance
- Functional mobility (no dependence on mobility aids)
Exclusion
- Neurological or musculoskeletal disorder
- Cognitive disorder (e.g. dementia)
- Osteoporosis
