Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical suspicion of multiple trauma
- Age \>/= 18 years
- Direct referral from scene of accident
- Indication for urinary bladder catherization
Exclusion
- Major burn injury
- HIV positiv
- Pregnancy
