Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Clinical suspicion of multiple trauma
  • Age \>/= 18 years
  • Direct referral from scene of accident
  • Indication for urinary bladder catherization

Exclusion

  • Major burn injury
  • HIV positiv
  • Pregnancy
