Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Sustained a head trauma (closed head injury or subarachnoid hemorrhage \[SAH\])
  • Fitted with a intraventricular drainage catheter
  • Currently being treated with morphine

Exclusion

  • Patient is receiving another PGP inhibitor drug other than morphine or midazolam
