Inclusion
- P24 antigen with positive neutralization or positive plasma HIV RNA
- Negative or not complete Western Blot
- With symptoms or not
- Written informed consent
Exclusion
- Previous antiretroviral treatment
- Pregnancy
- Biological abnormalities
- Hepatitis C or B
