Inclusion

  • Coronary artery fistulas
  • Clinical diagnosis of angina, myocardial infarction, left ventricular insufficiency, ventricular enlargement

Exclusion

  • Age \<18 or \> 85 years
  • Cardiogenic shock \_ severe ventricular enlargement
