Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria:
- Subarachnoid Hemorrhage, source of bleeding radiologically or surgically secured
- Age \> 18 years
- Mechanically ventilated
- Sedated
- Stable hemodynamics
- Stable intracranial pressure between 10 - 20 mmHg
- Exclusion criteria:
- \- Serum sodium \> 160 mmol/l
