Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Closed, Gartland's type III extension supracondylar humerus fractures requiring closed reduction and pinning.

Exclusion

  • Age greater than ten
  • Open fracture
  • Need for open reduction in the operating room
  • Need for vascular repair of the ipsilateral extremity
