Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Closed, Gartland's type III extension supracondylar humerus fractures requiring closed reduction and pinning.
Exclusion
- Age greater than ten
- Open fracture
- Need for open reduction in the operating room
- Need for vascular repair of the ipsilateral extremity
