Inclusion
- Inclusion Criteria:
- age \> 16 yrs, acute onset of severe respiratory distress, bilateral rales and typical findings of congestion on chest radiograph
- breathing frequency of \> 30/min, SpO2 \>90%, use of accessory respiratory muscles
