Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- frequence of bowel movement of at least 3/day
- global disease severity of at least 3
Exclusion
- taking medications which will influence frequency of bowel movement
- patient taking anticoagulants or suffering from coagulopathy
- pregancy
