Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • lower limbs arteritis : II to IV arteritis level, above knee femoro popliteal bypass indication
  • signed informed consent

Exclusion

  • no contra indication to the use of prosthesis
  • Available saphenous vein
  • no major trophic trouble
