Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Community-dwelling women aged over 65 years
- urodynamically proven stress incontinence
- Medically stable
Exclusion
- Already receiving physiotherapy intervention
- Neurogenic incontinence
- Cannot comply with training program
