Inclusion
- elective surgery
- combined anesthesia with thoracic epidural anesthesia 8 (Th6-9
- Body-mass-index \< 30
Exclusion
- Fever, Hypothermia, SIRS
- Microangiopathy
- Neuropathy
- Sensomotoric deficits
