Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Inpatients and outpatients.
  • DSM-IV defined major depression.
  • Comorbid anxiety, bipolar spectrum, and schizoaffective (depressive type).
  • Males and females between the ages of 18 and 70.

Exclusion

  • Involuntary patients.
  • In/out patients with current psychosis.
  • In/out patients with neurological impairment.
  • In/out patients with current substance dependence.
