Inclusion
- First episode of left sided prosthetic valve thrombosis
Exclusion
- Contraindication to thrombolysis
- Refusal to give informed consent
- Pregnant women
- age less than 12 years or more than 70 years
- previous treatment for prosthetic valve thrombosis
