Inclusion
- Age \>=18years
- Acute Myocardial Infarction
- Blood Glucose Level \>=10mmol/L
- Wall motion abnormality on baseline echocardiogram
Exclusion
- Active infection/inflammation
- Cardiac shunt
- Cognitive Impairment
- Insulin allergy
