  • Inclusion Criteria:
  • Patients attending Liver Clinic at Toronto Western Hospital, Toronto, ON, Canada
  • Diagnosis of PBC
  • Liver biopsy
  • Antimitochondrial antibody (AMA) positive
  • Elevated alkaline phosphatase (ALP)
  • Parents and siblings and controls (friends and spouses of propositi)
