Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- AHI \> 5 on polysomnography
- sufficient set of teeth to hold a splint
- written informed consent
Exclusion
- sleep apnea with severe cardiovascular disease
- other severe somatic or psychiatric disease
- periodontal disease
- significant occlusal dysfunction
- pregnant women
