Inclusion
- 1\. Discharge diagnosis of severe single depressive episode, recurrent depression, manic/mixed episode or bipolar disorder
Exclusion
- Moderate to severe dementia
- Incapable in understanding or reading danish
- Earlier randomised to the trial
