Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • History of recurrent major depression
  • Has a parent or sibling with a history of recurrent major depression
  • Depression began before the age of 31

Exclusion

  • Bipolar I (manic-depressive) disorder
  • Schizophrenia
