Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- informed consent
- age 1-16 years
- typical clinical symptoms for perianal dermatitis
- positive perianal culture for GABHS
Exclusion
- antibiotic treatment in previous 14 days
- immunodeficiency
- penicillin allergy
- cephalosporin allergy
- further bacterial infections
