Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Intractable neuropathic pain in median nerve innervated hand for at least 3 months;
  • Abnormal neurological examination compatible with diagnosis of CTS

Exclusion

  • Post-surgical failures,
  • Pregnancy,
  • Pts with pacemaker
