Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Renal transplantation
  • Biopsy-confirmed chronic rejection
  • Treatment with mofetil mycophenolate among cyclosporine or tacrolimus

Exclusion

  • Transplant of any organ other than the kidney
  • Current important infection
  • Acute rejection within 12 weeks prior to inclusion
