Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 18 or more years of age
- Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosed by a rheumatologist
- Stable medication regimen for 3 months
Exclusion
- Previous exposure to arthritis self-management programs
- Uncontrolled psychiatric comorbidity
- Uncontrolled medical comorbidity (e.g. active cancer)
