Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Primary hip fracture, no substance abuse, no regular opioid, corticosteroid or benzodiazepine therapy, hepatic insufficiency, myastenia gravis, allergies to drug components
Exclusion
- Severe respiratory insufficiency
