Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Age 4-16
  • English speaking
  • Elective lower extremity osteotomy
  • Expected length of stay greater than 24 hours

Exclusion

  • History of previous spine surgery
  • Current infection overlying catheter insertion site
  • Coagulopathy
