Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age 4-16
- English speaking
- Elective lower extremity osteotomy
- Expected length of stay greater than 24 hours
Exclusion
- History of previous spine surgery
- Current infection overlying catheter insertion site
- Coagulopathy
