Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Diabetes mellitus
  • chronic non-healing foot ulcers (\>4weeks)

Exclusion

  • Charcot foot
  • Non-diabetic ulcers
  • Ulcers healing under conventional therapy
  • Sepsis
  • Hematologic disorders
  • Pregnancy
  • Acute inflammatory disorders
  • Chemotherapy
