Inclusion

  • all parturients requiring pain relief will choose between systemic or epidural analgesia.

Exclusion

  • all parturients with cardiac disease, neurological disease, endocrine disease, diabetes, hypertension or any parturients being treated with medications that might effect the cardiovascular or autonomic system.
