Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients referred by the primary care physician.
  • Age 18 and over.
  • Speak Hebrew.

Exclusion

  • Patients that suffer from severe dementia.
  • Patients suffering from addiction to drugs or alcohol.
  • Patients who are deaf, dumb or blind.
  • Patients who have a legal guardian.
