Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients referred by the primary care physician.
- Age 18 and over.
- Speak Hebrew.
Exclusion
- Patients that suffer from severe dementia.
- Patients suffering from addiction to drugs or alcohol.
- Patients who are deaf, dumb or blind.
- Patients who have a legal guardian.
