Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- HIV-infected, living in one of 15 single room occupancy hotels served by CitiWide Harm Reduction, new to CitiWide Harm Reduction, at least 18 years of age, English or Spanish speaking
Exclusion
- HIV-negative
