Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Post menopausal women with faecal incontinence

Exclusion

  • No hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for at least 8 weeks prior to screening
  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Neurological disorder
  • Terminal illness
  • Current treatment for breast cancer
  • Unable to give informed consent
