Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock
- Patient without contraindication to IABP or ECLS-Impella
Exclusion
- Patient with refractory cardiogenic shock
- Reperfusion \> 24 hours after the pain begins
